The Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead the launch and ongoing delivery of a brand-new B2B proposition within the design sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a marketing strategy from the ground up—shaping the brand identity, driving customer acquisition, and creating strong market awareness in a competitive landscape.
You will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact campaigns across digital, partnerships, content, CRM, and PR, working closely with commercial teams and senior stakeholders to ensure a successful launch and sustained growth.
This role is predominantly based in Loughton, Essex. The working hours will mostly be in line with New York, typically 12.00hrs to 20.15hrs GMT Monday to Friday. This role requires travel to New York at least 4-5 times per year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to commercial and growth objectives
* Build and manage the marketing plan and campaign calendar across key phases
* Define campaign messaging and positioning in collaboration with internal teams
* Support audience segmentation and channel planning to drive high-quality leads
* Drive customer acquisition through multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Develop targeted messaging for key audience segments
* Own the full customer journey including acquisition, nurture, and conversion
* Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Collaborate with the commercial team to support pipeline growth and conversion
* Create marketing assets and campaigns to support business development activity
* Develop partner toolkits and promotional materials to maximise engagement and ROI
* Ensure all marketing output reflects a high-quality, premium brand proposition
* Manage performance across email, paid social, organic social, and web channels
* Build and optimise CRM journeys for customers and partners
* Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (leads, CPL, engagement, conversion)
* Work with internal teams or agencies to deliver effective paid campaigns and retargeting strategies
* Develop and manage the content plan to build credibility and engagement
* Deliver impactful social media campaigns to grow awareness and community
* Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
* Maintain consistent tone of voice aligned with brand positioning
* Support PR activity with messaging, content, and campaign assets
* Build relationships with industry partners and associations
* Identify opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion
* Support key launch and awareness-driving moments
* Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI
* Work cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership teams
* Maintain clear reporting and communication across stakeholders
* Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
Skills & Experience:
* Proven marketing experience within B2B, media, or a similar environment
* Strong campaign management skills across digital, email, and lead generation
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
