Responsibilities
* Answering customer enquiries
* Processing till transactions
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
* Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one.
* Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
* Excellent time management skills to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
* Organisational skills to maintain orderliness in the store environment.
