Job Title: Automotive Salesperson
Are you passionate about sales and motoring?
We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team is composed of individuals who are not afraid to showcase their skills to ensure customers receive the services and products they need and want.
You will work with a large team sharing your passion for cars and committed to delivering exceptional service. Your role involves driving sales across the Halfords group, arranging repairs for customer vehicles in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and the Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. You should excel at working quickly and building strong relationships.
To be successful, you will need:
1. Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
2. Experience in delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail sales or automotive environments
3. A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
4. Experience sharing expertise with others
5. A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
