Position: Technical Consultant – Aspen Process Pulse (PAT SME)
Location: Ware (or Belgium – travel required 2 days/week)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant – Aspen Process Pulse (PAT SME) to support digital manufacturing initiatives within GSK. This role will focus on enabling advanced modelling solutions and digital twins, ensuring seamless integration into manufacturing processes across global supply chain (GSC) facilities.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of Process Analytical Technology (PAT), systems integration, and technical consulting expertise, with hands-on experience in Aspen Process Pulse or related AspenTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead implementation and optimization of Aspen Process Pulse in manufacturing environments
* Support deployment of digital twins and advanced process models for real-time monitoring (PAT)
* Scope, plan, and deliver projects while ensuring governance, compliance, and documentation standards
* Provide technical consulting, stakeholder management, and training to site teams
* Integrate Process Pulse with DCS/SCADA systems and data historians such as OSIsoft PI System and InfoPlus.21
* Oversee system installation, qualification, and connectivity across IoT-enabled environments
* Lead key initiatives including Raman integration, model deployment, and migration from SIPAT to Process Pulse
* Support global/multi-site rollouts, including deployment and integration across manufacturing facilities
* Ensure seamless data flow between plant systems and analytics platforms while maintaining regulatory compliance
* Specific projects include:
a. Bepi Raman integration and model deployment
· Scope the project
· Oversight / guidance of installation and qualification of Raman instrument
· Advise on Process Pulse integration with control system and historian
· Provision of training to site staff to enable ongoing operational use of the system
· Assist in the development of operational procedures
b. Transition to Process Pulse and implementation of FimH Continuous Compression Model
· Advise on the transition from SIPAT to Process Pulse as PAT data system
· Advise on Process Pulse integration with control systems and historians
c. Oversight of Belgium Process Pulse deployment and integration to Pa & Shingrix Processes
· Oversight / guidance for process Pulse installation and integration
