Main duties of the job
You will collaborate closely with the Dispensary Team to deliver a superior, precise, secure, and cost-efficient Dispensing service. Your responsibilities encompass crucial administrative support for our dispensary team, encompassing document management, record maintenance, and aiding in audits and searches. This pivotal role is instrumental in guaranteeing the seamless operation of our practice, maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Job responsibilities
1. To undertake training as a Dispensary Assistant, with the aim of gaininga L2 Dispensing qualification
2. To work with the Dispensary Team in the day to day operations of theDispensary to ensure the provision of a safe, efficient and accurate dispensingservice for patients and staff within national professional and legalrequirements.
3. To support& promote the aims and ethos of the Practice and NHS Constitution indelivering high quality person-centred care
4. Promote effective communicationwith patients and colleagues within and outside the Team
