Private Client Solicitor We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our well-established and growing team based in our Potters Bar office. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Private Client practitioner looking to join a supportive and reputable firm, with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the department. The Role You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, including: Wills Probate and Estate Administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection deputyship matters Trusts and tax planning The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing clear, practical advice while maintaining the high standards of client care the firm is known for. Essential Knowledge & Experience Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in Private Client work Strong experience handling: Wills Probate and Estate Administration LPAs Court of Protection matters Trusts and tax planning Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision Excellent technical knowledge of Private Client law and procedures Desired Experience Experience dealing with contested probate matters, including: Inheritance Act claims Will disputes Skills & Attributes Confident managing a varied and active caseload Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team Proactive and professional approach Keen to support the ongoing growth and development of the department What We Offer Salary of circa £70,000 depending on experience Hybrid working arrangements Opportunity to further develop your skills within a thriving and supportive Private Client practice Long-term progression opportunities within the firm Additional Requirements Full clean driving licence Willingness to attend other office locations when required to meet clients and assist with the continued expansion of the department Location Potters Bar Hybrid working available
