In this pivotal role, you'll manage end-to-end delivery of engineering projects-from concept and design through to procurement, construction, and commissioning. You'll be working on fuel pipeline infrastructure projects that are critical to national operations.

The Role:
1. Plan and deliver engineering projects from approval to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
2. Develop mechanical designs and technical drawings, lead design reviews, and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
3. Prepare and assess tender documents, manage supplier relationships, and monitor project spend.
4. Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and commissioning processes are executed effectively.
The Person:
5. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Construction or Civil)
6. Proven experience delivering construction projects from design through commissioning
7. Strong knowledge of mechanical design, site safety, and contractor management
8. UK driving license
