Norwich City Services Ltd delivers a Social Housing maintenance and repair service to a residential portfolio of 14,500 homes, on behalf of our client, Norwich City Council.
Building on our success, we are at the stage where we are growing the business and our teams. In this new post of Head of Building Operations you will lead, develop, and manage the social housing repairs service, while ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, customer-focused repairs and maintenance service.
Responsible for strategic planning, operational performance, compliance, budget control, and continuous improvement of the repairs service, you will have proven senior management experience in a similar service, along with strong knowledge of housing legislation and building regulations.
With excellent leadership and people management skills, you will have a track record of driving service improvements and innovation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills along with a comprehensive understanding of compliance and health & safety in social housing repairs is also an essential requirement.
