About the Company Work for a creative, high-growth company in the subscription sector as they expand from the US to the UK and Europe. They combine exciting digital experiences with a subscription base of luxury physical goods. You’ll join a remote-first team focused on launching bold features, learning quickly, and delighting users at every stage.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead the end-to-end journey for subscription offerings, translating insights into actionable product innovations. Develop and execute product strategy for subscription products, from initial concept to launch and beyond. Manage the customer lifecycle, optimizing sign-up, conversion, renewal, and churn management. Lead product discovery, utilizing data and user feedback to guide future developments. Promote experimentation through hypotheses, A/B testing, and collaboration with data teams for rapid learning. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer experience, and operations to ensure product initiatives align with commercial goals. Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as churn, retention, LTV, and activation, continuously seeking improvements. Document progress, successes, and lessons learned, sharing insights to energize the team and leadership. Contribute to an agile, knowledge-sharing culture by developing frameworks and methodologies for the wider team.
What You’ll Need to Apply A minimum of 7 years of hands-on digital product management experience, especially owning end-to-end subscription journeys in B2C/D2C physical goods or SaaS environments within high-growth companies. Proven track record of launching, scaling, and improving subscription models with measurable business results. Strong skills in analytics, experimentation, and customer research tools (GA4, Optimizely, Mixpanel, etc.). Deep experience working cross-functionally in high-growth or scale-up environments. Confidence in leading UX initiatives, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and architects. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Self-driven, quick learner, passionate about continuous improvement. Collaborative mindset, eager to share frameworks and contribute to team culture.
