We are recruiting Care Assistants in North Tyneside, each joining a small, dedicated care team within their local area.
The Roles (2 Positions Available)
Role 1: Killingworth (NE12)
* Walker or Driver
* Supporting people living in and around Killingworth
Role 2: Coastal Area (NE26 & NE30)
* Walker or Driver
* Covering Monseaton, Cullercoats & Whitley Bay
Walkers welcome
Drivers must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Pay, Hours & Bonuses
We offer block pay (not pay per call), meaning you're paid from your first visit to your last visit within a shift.
* £12.82 per hour (Drivers)
* £12.25 per hour (Walkers)
* Mileage: 45p per mile (drivers) / 20p per mile (cyclists)
* Full-time hours available
Bonus Schemes
* up to £300 New Starter Bonus

Working Hours
Your working hours will follow our agreed shift patterns:
* Early shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm
* Late shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
You'll be placed on a 2-week rota, which includes:
* Alternate full weekends or
* Every Saturday or every Sunday
* Evenings agreed within your contracted hours
