We are recruiting for a Band 3 Health Care Support worker - Same Day EmergencyCare who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstandingcare and exemplary service to our patients.
We are currently reconfiguring our SDEC services into a new build, which willprovide a flow out of UECC along with our GP referrals. This provides excitingopportunities for new ways of working and progression.

The Health Care Support Worker will join a team of SDEC ClinicalNurse Specialists, Staff Nurses and Health Care Assistants to support a rapidlychanging service.
The appointed candidate will be supported by all members of the team andthe nurse team manager. The service operates from 8am-midnight seven dayworking 365 days a year.You will work collaboratively with the senior team in SDEC to deliver effectivehigh quality safe patient centred care.We will support you in your continuing education, training and professionaldevelopment.
Main duties of the job
The appointed candidate will be supported by all members of the team and the nurse team manager. The service operates from 8am-midnight seven day working 365 days a year.You will work collaboratively with the senior team in SDEC to deliver effective high quality safe patient centred care.
We will support you in your continuing education, training and professional development for the staff, to promote the acquisition of new skills and knowledge.To provide support to the team of staff working in the area in order to deliver a quality service which is linked to high standard of patient care.
