What you'll be doing: Support the production of monthly management accounts and commentary Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with external audits, tax returns, and statutory accounts Manage balance sheet recs, journals, and cashbook tasks Get stuck into stock analysis and support across the ledgers Build strong relationships across the business – finance is seen as a partner, not a barrier Get involved in projects – automation, systems upgrades, and continuous improvement What we’re looking for: Strong numeracy and Excel skills A natural problem solver with good attention to detail Great communicator – confident talking to people, not just emailing them Studying towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA Most importantly: a positive attitude, team spirit and hunger to learn Perks and benefits: 50% staff discount Welcome gift voucher to spend on what you want when you join Flexible hours – Start early/Finish early to fit with family/childcare/commitments.
