Job Advert: Registered Manager - Luxury Care Home Location: Dartford, Kent Salary: £65,000 Bonus (based on performance) About: My client is prestigious luxury care provider offering outstanding care services to residents in a beautiful, state-of-the-art environment. their focus is on providing the highest level of care while maintaining a warm and supportive atmosphere for both their residents and staff. They are now looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Registered Manager to join their team at our Dartford-based care home. The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of excellent care and compliance with all regulatory standards. You will lead a dedicated team of staff, maintain high standards of service delivery, and work closely with families, staff, and external professionals to ensure the wellbeing of residents. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing a large team, providing guidance, training, and support to all staff members. Ensuring the care home meets all CQC standards and achieving high ratings. Taking a proactive approach to increasing occupancy, implementing strategies for marketing and community engagement. Budget management and auditing to ensure financial targets are met. Overseeing the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring person-centred care is always a priority. Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the service and with external stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate: Must have experience in managing medium to large care services, with a proven track record of managing large teams. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and an ability to ensure the home consistently meets high standards. Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving quality care. Budgeting and auditing experience is desirable. A strategic mindset, with experience in increasing occupancy and driving business growth.
