The programme targets graduates from a range of subject backgrounds who will become client-facing business consultants through structured training and real-project experience.
Responsibilities
* Based in the consultancy department and provide consultancy expertise throughout the ERP implementation project lifecycle.
* Engage with clients, develop relationships, and work with multidisciplinary teams to address complex business challenges.
* Participate in hands-on project work, applying Dynamics 365 to optimise processes and enhance customer experiences.
* Benefit from mentorship and guidance from dedicated mentors throughout the programme.
* Progress from Associate Consultant through to higher roles with a clear career progression path.

Location, start date and recruitment details
* Location: Nottingham office-based for the initial training (minimum 3 days per week in Cubo, Standard Court, NG1). After six months, you may base yourself anywhere in the UK.
* Salary: approximately £29,000 basic salary, with potential to rise to around £60,000 after four years depending on performance.
* Starting: September 2026 (actual date to be confirmed).
* Online test: An online psychometric test will be sent after CV submission and must be completed before the closing date.
* Closing date for applications and online test: Midnight Sunday 1 February 2026.
What we are looking for – Essentials
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
* Willingness to relocate to Nottingham and be office-based for 6 months; ability to travel within the UK and abroad.
* Proactive, confident, and able to understand the business landscape; strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
