About the Role
Protocol Education is seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors to work with pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour. Some children face social and emotional challenges that can affect their behaviour. The Behaviour Mentor will work with pupils to develop better behavioural norms. Previous experience working with children is essential.
The ideal candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. Over time, you will build supportive relationships with pupils to act as a mentor and role model, ultimately improving their overall attainment.
Position Details
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying pupils needing support
2. Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions
3. Develop strategies for behaviour management
4. Create action plans for learners
5. Collaborate with SENCos
6. Monitor pupil progress and behaviour
7. Organise lunchtime activities for pupils displaying challenging behaviour
8. Support communication with families

Requirements
