This role is with a small-sized business in the South Leicestershire area with free, onsite parking.
Job Description
The Finance Administrator's duties will include but are not limited to:
* All Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger postings.
* Monthly Bank Reconciliations.
* Weekly Submissions to a Sales Invoice Finance provider.
* Control of small petty cash transactions.
* Preparation and bank submission of all weekly payments.
* Supporting Excel documents in relation to all of the above.
* Various Month End procedures.
* Assisting with audit preparation and assist in dealing with visiting auditors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator will have:
* Demonstrated experience in similar finance role.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
* Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
