Lead .NET Developer - Perm- Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000-£75,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Central Manchester (2 days per week, flexible start between 7am-10am)

As a Lead .NET Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of this new platform. This is your chance to influence technical direction, shape product development, and lead a talented team in a truly tech-first environment.
What You'll Do
1. Take a hands-on approach to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
2. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets project requirements.
3. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing coding standards.
4. Lead project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution.
5. Act as a bridge between Engineering and Senior Management, communicating progress and technical challenges effectively.
Requirements:
6. Strong experience in C# .NET (Framework & Core) and SQL/MySQL, building web services.
7. Expertise in enterprise-level single-page applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks
8. Demonstrable Leadership experience (coaching and mentoring developers)
9. Knowledge and understanding of software architecture
10. Knowledge of ES standards and TypeScript (beneficial).
11. Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
12. Experience with message brokers and NoSQL (advantageous).
13. Familiarity with WinForms/WPF (useful).
14. Background in Agile environments with TDD or similar quality-focused approaches.
