Part Time. Temporary (Maternity Cover)
24-30 Hours per week. Minimum of 3 days per week but we can be flexible in hours/days worked.
To be accountable for administration of the payroll function, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction is maintained to a high level.

Daily Tasks
* Payroll Administration.
* Calculating elements of salaries such as statutory sick pay.
* Administration of T&A system and training. Improve management T&A capabilities by analysing trends and provide training where required.
* Collate and produce reporting data as required.
* Consolidate all payroll data ready for outsourced provider.
* To ensure legal compliance is maintained when changes are implemented.
* Provide requested or additional payroll information relevant to Senior Management for action or improvements.
* Support People Team administrators where required.

* Day Shift
* Monday-Friday (generally)
* On site for 6 months then hybrid will be considered
Education, Skills And Work Experience Requirements
* Experience of using Payroll Software
* Experience working in an inhouse payroll department
* Problem Solving
* Communication, both written & verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Programmes)
* Evidence of a good standard of education, including GCSE's in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9/A*-C) or equivalent
