Job Overview
Arnold Clark is looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Peugeot branch in Glasgow Hamilton Road. You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, and your role will be heavily sales focused, but it’s not a conventional showroom sales job. It’s about using your excellent customer service skills to help customers find the right car and providing a great after‑sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
* Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service and go the extra mile for every customer.
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through every step of the sales process.
* Sell the appropriate sales package (finance, servicing, etc.) with integrity and professionalism.
* Coordinate order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly.
* Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises.
* Maintain ongoing contact with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.
Required Skills and Qualities

* Full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.
