We are seeking a Physical Performance Coach to join our interdisciplinary team, working closely with coaches and support staff to deliver an elite-level physical development programme for our Girls PGA players.
Please note, this role is part time and will require flexi working hours to follow the football schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver a structured physical performance programme for PGA players.
* Apply Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) principles in all sessions.
* Collaborate with coaching staff to integrate athletic development into training.
* Support the medical team in injury rehabilitation and return-to-play processes.
* Maintain effective communication with the PGA Sports Therapist.
* Deliver educational sessions on training habits, preparation, and recovery.
* Facilitate matchday warm-ups and provide on-pitch support.

* U21s & U16s Head Coaches
* Sports Therapists
* Head of Performance Services
* PGA Operations Team
* First Team Technical & Performance Staff (as required)
What We’re Looking For:
* BSc in Sports Science / Strength & Conditioning or related discipline.
* FA Enhanced DBS.
* FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency Aid qualification.
* Experience in athletic development coaching within a sporting environment.
