Mason Frank has partnered with a well-established construction firm undergoing exciting digital transformation. They're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their CRM platform, helping streamline operations and drive smarter project delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and optimise Flowsto automate business processes across Sales and Service Cloud.
* Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity.
* Create reports, dashboards, and custom objects to support data-driven decision-making.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.
* Provide user support and training across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
* Proven expertise with Flows.
* Experience with Pardot is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
