Development Manager - Residential Developer
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a residential developer as a Development Manager, working on the development and delivery of housing schemes in the South West.

This is a new role within the business, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, with strong potential for career growth as the development pipeline expands. You will manage sites from inception to completion, including land acquisition and driving schemes through development and delivery.
The salary for this role ranges from £55,000 to £65,000 plus package.
Ideal candidates will have a background in land, planning, or development, with a good understanding of the end-to-end development process for housing schemes.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing and coordinating individual projects across multiple sites
2. Ensuring projects meet the company's objectives, including design specifications and financial targets
3. Driving projects through acquisition, planning, design, and delivery stages
Key requirements:
1. Degree qualification is desirable, preferably in property or related fields
2. Experience in leading housebuilding projects through the development process
3. Current employment with a housebuilder or development agency
4. Understanding of land acquisition, planning, design, and project delivery
5. Driven, ambitious, and eager to succeed
6. Ability to work independently and autonomously
