The Role
Senior Program Manager – Leads complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery, aligning stakeholders and driving business outcomes across multiple teams, dependencies and initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
* Oversee program progress, budgets, and resource allocation through robust reporting and governance frameworks, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational strategy.
* Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple, diverse technology programs and initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and fulfillment of both business and organizational objectives across all portfolios.
* Guide, inspire, and mentor cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders by cultivating a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, leadership, shared accountability, and ongoing professional growth.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at both program and portfolio levels, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and performance across all technology initiatives.
* Drive customer and stakeholder value realization by translating business and program commitments into measurable outcomes, fostering continuous value creation, sustainable impact, and long-term client relationships.
* Monitor and manage program progress, financials, resource allocation, and delivery health through comprehensive reporting and governance frameworks, ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment with enterprise strategy and best practices.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* Experience working in a Telecom client-facing or consulting environment
* Familiarity with Telecom Business and UK Telecom Landscape
