Job Description:
Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires. They will recruit through job sites and other strategies, including sourcing talented candidates via networking and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the head of HR to plan and implement talent acquisition strategies.
* Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, utilizing recruitment systems or headhunting.
* Collaborate with company leaders to anticipate future employment needs.
* Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interviews, etc.).
* Recruit and network with potential candidates through social media, networking events, and job fairs.
* Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and company environment.
* Build and maintain relationships with past and potential candidates.
* Manage candidate pools to ensure engagement for current or future opportunities.
* Handle all hiring paperwork for new employees.
* Prepare onboarding plans and assist new hires during their initial start.
* Coordinate with HR regarding equipment and login needs for new hires.
* Create onboarding schedules with hiring managers and organize training sessions.
* Welcome new hires on their first day and conduct orientation.
* Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during their probation period.
* Provide updates to leadership on talent acquisition initiatives.
* Communicate with HR to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
* Propose ideas to improve talent acquisition activities.
* Research compensation benchmarks to stay competitive.
* Collaborate on other HR programs and initiatives.
* Assist with international recruitment projects.
Experience and Skills
* 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter preferred.
* HR certification is strongly preferred.
* Understanding UK & EU labor requirements is essential.
* Deep knowledge of candidate selection methods.
* Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Creative and proactive problem solver.
* Positive attitude and proactive approach.
