Working closely with the Operations Team, you will help ensure our workplaces are well managed, compliant, and equipped to support our growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all office-related queriesCoordinate office facilities, including cleaners, maintenance, and suppliesManage supplier relationships, contracts, and office expenditure recordsSupport office set-ups and new office establishmentsManage IT equipment, user access, and onboarding/leaver processesMaintain Health & Safety, GDPR, holiday, and sickness recordsSchedule meetings, take minutes, and provide general administrative supportSkills & ExperienceExperience in an office administration or similar roleStrong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of basic office Health & SafetyWhat We OfferA varied role within the Operations team at Alldus InternationalThe opportunity to play a key role in supporting a growing international business
