Our Associate Client Advisor Program is supported by our training provider, BPP, which will provide expert insurance training and support alongside an apprenticeship qualification, including the Cert CII certification and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification.
The role: Associate Client Advisor / Trainee Insurance Advisor
1. We recruit for potential, not industry experience. We seek individuals who aspire to be leading contributors to our business and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our apprenticeship funded training program and attain chartered insurance qualifications.

3. As an Associate Client Advisor in one of our energetic, customer-focused teams, and after receiving initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients. This can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross-selling additional products, and handling any additional queries.
4. Our enterprise businesses operate from modern, fit-for-future offices with easy access via car or public transport routes.
5. This is a permanent, full-time role.
6. You will commence your employment on our 18-month apprenticeship program. Upon completion, you will become a Client Advisor.

We will count on you to:
1. Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with service standards.
2. Communicate with clients daily via telephony and email platforms.
3. Utilize insurance broking systems regularly.
4. Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable products and solutions to mitigate their risks.
5. Ensure timely completion of all tasks to maintain client satisfaction.
6. Demonstrate adaptability to support colleagues in completing business-critical tasks.
7. Develop meaningful relationships with insurer partners through regular contact and liaison.
8. Through training, coaching, and mentoring, gain a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance offered and stay updated on new technical and product developments.
What you need to have:
1. Previous experience in a client/customer-facing role, gained from roles in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, etc.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
4. Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4, including English & Math.
5. Good attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
7. Ability to work independently.
