Epoxy Floor Fitter Exeter | £35,000 per annum Overtime Bonuses | Monday-Friday | Permanent | Full-Time Introduction Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Skilled Epoxy Floor Fitter to join our client's expert installation team in Exeter. This hands-on role involves assisting in the safe and efficient installation of Epoxy Flooring Systems (primary) and Industrial Pallet Racking (secondary) at customer sites across the UK. Key Duties Assist with the swift and safe installation of industrial flooring and pallet racking systems in line with specifications and drawings. Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure all installations meet client satisfaction and sign-off standards. Maintain a tidy, professional, and safe working environment at all times. Adhere to on-site health and safety procedures and company policies. Support other site teams as required, including travelling to projects across the UK. Requirements Practical, hands-on individual with excellent attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to handle materials safely. Full UK driving licence (trailer towing experience desirable). Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight as required. Training Provided (if not already qualified) IPAF Certification. SIERS Supervisor Level. CSCS Card. Forklift and Reach Truck licences. Product-specific training. What We Offer Salary: £35,000 per annum, with clear progression opportunities. Overtime paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate. £50 overnight bonus. 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays).
