About the role
Availability window and required working hours:
* Sunday: 22:00 – 07:00
* Thursday: 22:00 – 07:00
* Friday: 22:00 – 07:00
* Saturday: 22:00 – 07:00
Pay: Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; it increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week for new colleagues, with a flexible option for as few as 12 hours.

* Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Putting into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly.
* Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
* Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
* Being knowledgeable about the store’s performance, understanding your role and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
* Being ourselves, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and always following our policies.
* Accepting deliveries into the store as required.
