Due to growth of the business, Paragon are now seeking a Social Media Executive to join our team, supporting Touchstone Education! A fast-growing property investment education business, you will play a vital role in attracting customers and developing the brand presence. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being part of a team with a passion for delivering engaging, creative content to our growing audience. You will be ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic and can‑do presence to the business.
Proactively manage social media accounts
* Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages across different platforms in a timely and professional manner.
* Cultivate positive interactions and strengthen connections with online audiences by producing relevant, interesting, and engaging content.
* Post engaging, platform‑tailored content to attract new followers and increase engagement rates.
* Use strategic hashtags, trending topics, and cross‑promotion to maximise visibility and reach new, relevant audiences.
* Monitor conversations, mentions, and sentiment to identify engagement opportunities or potential risks.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with upcoming campaigns, events, or product launches.
* Ensure all activity reflects brand tone, values, and messaging guidelines.
Assist with content creation for social media platforms
* Support the creation of engaging social media content, including capturing photos and videos, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
* Prepare, organise, and schedule content for posting across social media platforms.
* Generate ideas for unique, creative, and interactive content that resonates with the target audience.
* Adapt content formats and messaging for different platforms to optimise performance.
* Optimise content for maximum reach and engagement through timing, format, and captions.
* Support the creation of content with clear calls to action to drive audience response.
* Maintain a structured content library for efficient planning and reuse.
Monitor and evaluate social media performance
* Monitor key performance indicators including engagement, reach, growth, and audience interaction.
* Produce regular performance summaries highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
* Compare performance across platforms to identify strengths and gaps.
* Use insights to inform future content planning and posting strategies.
* Support reporting requirements for marketing or wider business reviews.
* Track audience growth and demographic changes over time.
* Use data to support evidence‑based decision making.
Support and protect the brand’s online presence
* Act as a brand ambassador across all social media interactions.
* Ensure content is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with brand and platform guidelines.
* Identify and escalate potential reputational or customer service issues promptly.
* Support reactive or time‑sensitive posts where required.
* Maintain consistency of messaging across all channels.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all online interactions.
* Contribute ideas to strengthen the long‑term value of the business’s key asset.
Collaborate with colleagues to support continuous improvement
* Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Experiment with new formats, styles, and features to create fresh and innovative content.
* Track and review content performance using platform insights and analytics.
* Contribute insights and recommendations to improve future posts and campaigns.
* Review successful content to understand what worked well and why.
* Identify underperforming content and assess opportunities for improvement.
* Share learnings and ideas with colleagues to support ongoing development and effectiveness.
