The Role/Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to Key Stage 2 students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and creativity. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning – this includes participating in meetings or curriculum planning.
