The headquarters is based in Masham, North Yorkshire, with an exciting new facility at Dalton, Thirsk.
With a focus on team spirit, we are looking for a self:motivated individual to be a part of the electrical and mechanical maintenance team, predominantly covering the night shift period to assist both sites as required.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician will include:
* Assisting in the electrical and mechanical maintenance on both sites
* Improving the companys high standards through preventative maintenance
* Providing night shift cover as part of the maintenance team for a 24:hour operation
The successful candidate will:
* Be self:sufficient, enthusiastic and able to work effectively with minimum supervision
* Have previous experience in mechanical and electrical machine maintenance
* Experienced in troubleshooting and fault finding
* Good working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical control systems
* Good working knowledge of product transfer systems including elevators, drag:chain and auger feed systems
* Ideally have PLC programming and fault:finding experience
* Be flexible to provide cover for 24:hour operation
