The Role

This role involves providing exceptional telephone support to both new and existing customers, offering membership and insurance packages that promote confidence and peace of mind at low cost. The position requires core knowledge of the beauty industry and support, with opportunities for those with or without prior insurance experience. Responsibilities include handling enquiries verbally and in writing, recording customer information, issuing insurance documentation, processing payments, and managing membership details.

What you'll do

1. Work with senior team members to meet objectives
2. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on projects
3. Create accurate client records and documentation
4. Respond to market and third-party queries
5. Handle telephone calls professionally within three rings
6. Manage data entry, premiums, and funds collection
7. Make prospecting calls when necessary
8. Ensure documentation and communications comply with procedures and regulations
9. Process data accurately to support client service and internal analysis
10. Maintain client files and produce documentation promptly
11. Conduct due diligence and sanctions checks as per procedures
12. Follow company policies and obtain necessary authorizations
13. Engage in personal development and regulatory training

Who we're looking for

* Willingness to learn about insurance processes and markets
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Organized with attention to detail
* Previous insurance experience is not required; training will be provided
* Confidence to support team activities
* Proficiency in basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
