Please note, candidates must apply by completing the online application form via the Denbighshire County Council website in order to be considered for this vacancy Triage Officer – Homeless Prevention & SARTH (Single Access Route to Housing) Job reference: AHSS00373D1MTE Location: Russell House, Rhyl Salary: Grade 5 – £29,064 - £30,024 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent Denbighshire County Council are looking to recruit a Homeless Prevention and SARTH Triage Officer. This is a rewarding exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team. It would be beneficial to have practical experience of working within the legal framework of The Housing Act (Wales) 2014. You will require a proven track record in multiagency working and you will be outcome focused and an effective negotiator and problem solver. Appointment subject to satisfactory references.
