The post holder will be responsible for a variety of admin and clerical processes within the Clinical Sciences Administration Team in DPOW, providing reception support to all Imaging Receptions.
The post holder will participate in a 7-day shift rota, working 3 days. Shifts will be from 7.15am to 3.15pm, 8.30am to 5pm, and 12.15pm to 8.15pm.
Responsibilities include providing reception support across departments within Clinical Sciences, with knowledge of Trust waiting times, diary management, and excellent customer service skills.
The role requires flexible working to support the Trust's 7-day working policy, including participation in rota/shift patterns.
