Job Description
3. Accurately process and maintain sales ledger records, including invoices and receipts
4. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payments
5. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or queries related to accounts receivable
6. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
8. Assist in the credit control process to reduce outstanding debts
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with relevant regulations
10. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Ledger Clerk should have:
11. Strong knowledge of sales ledger processes and accounting principles
12. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
13. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
