Part-Time Telesales Executive

Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, between 9:00am – 4:00pm, with 45 minutes lunch)

Salary: £25,000 pro rata

At Airstream, we specialise in designing and manufacturing high-performance air handling units and ventilation systems, including advanced solutions for swimming pool environments.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role offers flexibility, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to contribute directly to our sales growth.

The Role

The Telesales Executive will play a key role in supporting our sales function by engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and generating qualified leads for the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Airstream's products and services
* Following up on enquiries and leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and the company website
* Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system
* Supporting the sales and marketing team with customer engagement activities
* Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for potential clients

About You

We are looking for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport over the phone.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience is desirable (but not essential – full training will be provided)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using IT systems and CRM software
