We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. This role involves supporting clients to live independently and with dignity, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, in line with care plans.
2. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate hydration.
3. Support clients with medication prompts and administration (after appropriate training).
4. Help with mobility, including the use of equipment such as hoists (training provided).
