Salary: £50,000–£65,000 per year, DOEHours: 4-day working week, 1:4 Saturday mornings (09:00–12:30)Contract: Full-time, PermanentLocation: Walsall, West Midlands
About the Role
A well-established, independently owned RCVS-accredited small animal practice in the West Midlands is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for vets seeking a supportive environment, strong clinical mentoring, and excellent work–life balance.
The practice operates a blended model, offering first-opinion veterinary care alongside a dedicated referral service specialising in endoscopy and minimally invasive diagnostics, giving exposure to advanced medical and surgical cases.

Candidate Requirements
* RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience
* VetGDP completed or equivalent
* Confident in routine small animal
* GP work Interest in developing surgical, diagnostic, and anaesthetic skills
* Positive and collaborative team player
