Business Development Manager / Client Coordinator / Senior Clerk of Works (M&E)

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to help shape, deliver, and grow their Clerk of Works team across the UK. With a focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines—though strong transferable technical expertise will also be considered—you will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence while driving client relationships and business growth.

Responsibilities
* Deliver and oversee Clerk of Works services, with an emphasis on M&E disciplines.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to support the expansion of the team.
* Provide technical assurance and advice, ensuring high standards of quality across projects.
* Collaborate with colleagues nationwide to enhance service delivery and innovation.
About You
* Proven experience working within a consultancy environment.
* Background in Clerk of Works / Technical Assurance / Building Services / M&E or a related technical field.
* Strong track record in client management and business development.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to win trust and inspire confidence.
* Commercially aware, motivated, and delivery-focused.
