£45,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We're seeking a senior, hands-on Marketing and Communications Manager to lead Group-wide communications, brand, and marketing activity across all three RCG business arms.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering how we communicate internally and externally, strengthening employee engagement, and building brand consistency across the Group. This role has a strong focus on social media, content creation, internal communications, and lead generation campaigns that convert, with accountability for demonstrating measurable ROI and ROAS across both digital and non-digital marketing activity.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, and wants to make a tangible impact on brand, culture, visibility, and commercial performance.

This is an office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Engagement

· Lead communications, engagement, and marketing activity across the Group.

· Develop and deliver internal communications that support clarity, alignment, and engagement across teams.

· Partner with senior leadership to support business priorities through consistent messaging and communication planning.

· Support external communications to strengthen brand credibility, visibility, and market presence.

· Help build an employee communication rhythm that supports culture, collaboration, and performance.

Social Media, Content & Brand Development

· Develop and execute social media strategies across all relevant platforms.

· Manage and grow the Group's social media presence, engagement, and content performance.

· Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content tailored to each audience and business line.

· Lead the creation of written and visual content including copy, photography, video, and presentations.

· Build, manage, and protect brand identity across all three business arms, ensuring consistent tone of voice and visual standards.

· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to support professional and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

Campaigns, Lead Generation & Commercial Performance

· Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and non-digital channels to drive qualified enquiries.

· Work closely with operational teams to ensure campaigns align with service priorities and commercial targets.

· Drive measurable conversion outcomes and ensure marketing activity supports pipeline and revenue objectives.

· Track and report on performance metrics including ROI and ROAS, using data and insights to refine campaign effectiveness.

· Establish and report on KPIs across brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance.

People, Supplier & Creative Management

· Manage and coordinate creative support including a videographer, external creators, and a marketing assistant (where applicable).

· Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery and value for investment.

· Ensure all communications and marketing activity aligns with professional, regulatory, and brand governance requirements.

· Maintain strong quality assurance across all public and internal outputs.

What We're Looking For

· Proven senior-level experience in communications, marketing, engagement, or brand roles.

· Strong experience in developing and delivering social media strategy and high-quality content.

· Demonstrated ability to build and manage brands across multiple channels.

· Experience delivering lead generation campaigns and reporting against ROI / ROAS.

· Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across three business arms.

· Experience managing creative suppliers (videography, design, agencies) is highly desirable.

· Experience in property, legal, financial services, or professional services environments is advantageous.

· Professional, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
