Role Overview
Work within our award-winning Fraud team to protect customers from fraud by investigating claims and detecting potential fraud or indemnity concerns. You will review first-party claims to validate authenticity and identify fraudulent activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Screen high-risk first-party claims such as theft, fire, malicious damage, and referrals from claims teams.
* Identify cases requiring further investigation based on fraud indicators and risk factors.
* Conduct telephone interviews with claimants, using specialist techniques to assess honesty.
* Coordinate with investigative suppliers, including field investigators and forensic experts.
* Manage claims caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and reviews.
* Use desktop tools, internet checks, and databases for claimant profiling and investigation direction.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Claims handling experience (motor claims) with fraud awareness.
* Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
