You have a strong knowledge of employment tax and share schemes but want to feel appreciated in a firm that is going places.

You will have relevant experience as an ACA, ATT or CTA and this is what you'll be doing:
* There is a considerable focus in the role on building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs so your communication skills need to be good
* You will provide expert tax advice on share plans and related transactions
* You will design and implement share plan structures and employee incentive schemes
* You will agree share valuations with HMRC and assist clients with HMRC share scheme compliance
* You could be involved in employment tax matters as well including employment status, off payroll working, termination payments, end of year compliance, due diligence and HMRC enquiries
