To be a successful Sales Manager, you will:
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team is central to your approach.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
* Be passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring others and creating a positive team spirit.
* Possess exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience.
* Work well in a results-driven, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change and guiding the team through new objectives.
* Communicate effectively at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills, make sound business decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas.
* Handle people issues confidently.
* Plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively.
