Residential Childcare Support WorkerFull Time / PermanentUnqualified Rate: £14 per hour (plus sleep-ins) Qualified Rate (Level 3/4): £15 per hour (plus sleep-ins) Sleep-In Payment: £65 per nightLocation: Dorchester Hours: Shift pattern on rotationWho are we?We are a local residential care provider offering high-quality support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, as well as social and emotional mental health needs. Many of the young people we support have experienced adverse childhood experiences, and our aim is to provide a stable, nurturing home environment where they can feel safe, valued, and supported.Our team works collaboratively to deliver flexible, individualised care packages that help young people develop confidence, life skills, and independence.
