Duties & Responsibilities Lead and deliver key operational projects from planning through to completion, ensuring initiatives meet time, budget, and quality targets.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance across the organisation.
Manage budgets and reporting processes, maintaining strong financial oversight and accountability.
Champion process improvement and change management initiatives that streamline operations.
Prepare and present operational and financial updates to the senior management team.
What Experience is Required Proven experience in operations or project management within a multi-site retail or service environment.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive business improvements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
