Facilities Administrator (Temp) - Winchester - £12.50-£13.50 PH
We're seeking a Temporary Facilities Administrator to join our client's busy office-based team in Winchester. This role starts immediately and may last a couple of months (TBC), with potential to become permanent. Full-time preferred but part-time considered for the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide admin support across Management Services and Estates/Facilities
Handle service desk calls and job allocations
Raise purchase orders using the finance system
Monitor and reorder stock
Oversee vehicle compliance
Create and maintain spreadsheets
Coordinate meetings and room bookings
General administrative tasksRequirements:
Previous experience in a busy admin role
Knowledge of Facilities and Health & Safety (desirable)
Confident handling phone calls
Strong communication and organisation skills
Proficient in Excel and MS OfficeJoin a supportive, professional team.
