About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of EPC activities across a major infrastructure project. This is a pivotal role, overseeing all aspects of time, cost, quality, and HSE performance, while ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
The successful candidate will bring extensive civil and electrical experience, strong site management expertise, and proven ability to work under NEC4 contracts. You’ll be the driving force behind safety, quality, and delivery, ensuring projects meet stringent industry and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and embed Safety, Health & Environmental excellence across all construction activities.
Act as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations.
Manage tenders, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules effectively.
Oversee civil and electrical construction execution, ensuring quality and compliance.
Experience & Qualifications
Extensive EPC contract experience (Civil & Electrical).
Strong background in site construction management & execution.
Proven ability in budget control and subcontractor management.
HND/C in a relevant discipline.
Essential: SMSTS training, NEBOSH, Accredited CSCS, SCO 91 certification.
Desirable: APMP, NEC4 Accredited Project Manager status.
