The Role

As a Project Engineer at Busch, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial conception and resource allocation to final implementation and post-project evaluation.

The ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset, a keen eye for detail, and high levels of accuracy, contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:

* Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
* Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Coordinating with department heads to secure required resources and ensure their optimal utilization.
* Leading and managing project teams, providing clear direction and motivation.
* Monitoring project progress against the plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Implementing project management methodologies and best practices for efficient execution.
* Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
* Providing detailed project reports, updates, and documentation as required.
* Facilitating meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Conducting post-project reviews to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
* Documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
* Ensuring proper project closure, including final reporting and handover to operational teams.

Your profile

* Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
* Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
* Ability to manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations.
* Meticulous approach to planning and executing project tasks.
* Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ability to communicate technical requirements and constraints effectively.
