As our National Field Lead, you’ll head up our Samsung UK retail field operation. In this pivotal role, you’ll set the strategic direction and oversee a large multi-site team, including Divisional and Regional Managers. You’ll deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and premium customer experiences.

You’ll use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. * You’re experienced in leading large, national multi-site retail teams and operations.
* You’ll able to demonstrate a proven track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams
* You’re commercially aware with the ability to drive growth through data and insights
* You’re an excellent stakeholder manager, confident at all levels
* You’re resilient, adaptable, and skilled in project management
* You're experienced in field retail, (ideally within tech), although candidates from similar sectors with transferable skills will be considered; we’re looking for strong behaviours, adaptability, and the attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* You have a full UK driving licence

* Competitive Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 Per Annum (depending on skills and experience)
