Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Full-Time
Location: Willenhall
Contract: 5 days a week, ongoing
Salary: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing
1. Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
2. Managing behaviour and keeping lessons on track
3. Supporting pupils to engage with learning activities
4. Building rapport with staff and students alike

5. Confidence in managing groups of young people
6. Strong communication and adaptability skills
7. Experience working with children or young people (school-based or in another setting)
